SHIPPING INFO
After your enquiry you will receive the price of the painting as well as the shipping costs, which will be carefully calculated by my shipping company. Paintings are preferably sent ‘ready to hang’ or rolled. The canvas can then be easily re-stretched by a specialised dealer on site. This handling is safer & more environmentally friendly for larger paintings and therefore more cost-effective. After receipt of payment, the artwork is carefully prepared, then collected by my forwarding agent, packed and transported insured. In case of loss or damage during shipping, please contact me here or via e-mail as soon as your parcel has arrived/seems to be missing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It's very important to me that you are 100% satisfied and enjoy your new piece of abstract art. If for any reason you want to return the artwork, you can inform me via email or the contact form within 7 days of arrival. The shipping method must be same as when purchased (i.e. insured, tracked, properly packaged in its original packaging) and have to send within 7 days after informing me of the return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired. As soon as I have received the item intact and in its original condition, I will process your return and refund purchase price of the artwork in same condition as when purchased. The cost of shipping, return and any additional costs, such as customs duties, value added tax or other additional costs, you have to bear.
PAYMENT & TAX INFO
You will receive price information after an inquiry. The prices are based on the size, the time and effort required from the beginning to the online presentation of the artwork, my practical experience and of course a dose of intuition that I trust. You're also welcome to pay in installments. I offer payment plans for 2-6 months. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes your country may charge. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
