SHIPPING INFO

The artwork will be professionally packed in stable and preferably recycled and environmentally friendly packaging material. If needed in a wooden crate, specially made to the dimensions of the piece. Above a certain size, it can be shipped rolled and then needs to be stretched back on canvas. There are specialty shops that do this for an affordable price. Various shipping options are offered at checkout and the shipping costs are calculated accordingly.

 

After the artwork has been packed, the painting will be picked up and insured transported by my reputable freight forwarder. Since the packaging is sometimes more complex and depending on the destination, I cannot give any precise information on the delivery time. I can only assure you that everything will be processed quickly so that you can enjoy your new artwork on site in a timely manner. In case of loss or damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as your parcel has arrived/seems to be missing. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It's very important to me that you are 100% satisfied and enjoy your new piece of art. If for any reason you want to return the artwork, you can inform me via email or the contact formula within 14 days of arrival. The shipping method must be same as when purchased (i.e. insured, tracked, properly packaged in its original packaging) and have to send within 7 days after informing me of the return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired. As soon as I have received the item intact and in its original condition, I will process your return and refund purchase price of the artwork in same condition as when purchased. The cost of shipping, return and any additional costs, such as customs duties, value added tax or other additional costs, you have to bear.

PAYMENT INFO

You can pay with various bank transfer options that will be offered to you at checkout after the shipping costs have been calculated. You have the responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. I am not held responsible for delays due to customs.
